Junior Web Project Coordinator

Are you you a smart, web-savvy individual with strong analytical skills and strong communication skills? Then, we would like you to join our team as a Junior Web Project Coordinator. In this role, you will act as a liaison between us and our clients and assist them with their ongoing needs. We’re looking for someone with good communications skills, very organized with a strong understanding of the do’s and don’ts of the web.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and assist clients
• Delegate client requests for web updates and changes to existing websites to other team members.
• Assist with client approvals and confirmations on project deliverables.
• Participate in the testing and quality control of websites.
• Provide assistance, answers and support to customers via phone and email.
• Follow up with clients to ensure client requests are fully met.
• Educate and/or inform clients about online processes and marketing principles.
• Answer calls, and direct requests to appropriate team members.
• Participate in online marketing activities for certain clients
• Handling other various administrative tasks and incoming calls

Requirements:

• Bilingual (English and French)
• Experience in a similar role
• Web savvy individual with very strong experience and understanding of the internet
• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving ability
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Good understanding of the web development process
• Very strong overall computer skills
• Detail-oriented, quick learner and conscious of deadlines

ASP.NET (& ASP) Web Developer

We are looking for a highly skilled ASP.NET (& ASP) WEB DEVELOPER to join our dynamic web development team. You will be working with other developers on various exciting web projects, with a focus on ecommerce and content management.

Technical requirements:

• Expert in ASP.NET and the new ASP.NET MVC framework
• Strong knowledge of Classic ASP an asset
• Must be extremely comfortable with AJAX,  XML, Web services, SQL Databases and servers, JQuery, etc.
• Must be extremely comfortable with CSS, JavaScript functions etc.
• Extremely comfortable with Visual Studio, SQL, Excel, IIS6.0 and up

Senior Web Graphic Designer

We are looking for a highly talented web and graphic designer with 3-5 years of experience in producing professional websites and online visuals (good experience in print design an asset). If creating visually captivating, professional graphic concepts for websites is your forté and you have a portfolio to support it, we want to talk to you. You must be an expert with the Adobe suite of products (Photoshop, Flash and Dreamweaver), have hands-on experience delivering high end web designs and, interfaces and have an extreme attention to detail and perfection. Strong knowledge of CSS rules and html is a strong asset

Dextel.net is looking for a fully bilingual, focused, highly motivated, and well-organized Sales Account Manager. Your role will consist of presenting our services to various companies and play an active role in landing new "high profile" clients. An excellent income potential, compensation is a base salary plus commission with strong expected annual income. Preferred background from a Creative Agency / Technology Business but not essential. You should have an understanding of design, technology and web strategies. We're looking for someone with proven professional sales experience, very strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated and results-focused.

Web Design and Flash Internships
We are currently offering non-paid internships to talented individuals who possess good web and graphic design skills.

We are looking for people with a natural design talent, strong skills in the Adobe suite of products (Photoshop, Flash and Dreamweaver). You must have hands-on experience with producing graphics for the web as well as an incredible attention to detail. If you are passionate about the web, graphics and design, an internship at Dextel.net may be a very rewarding experience. We offer a casual environment where you can work hard and learn.
